My Background

​

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, I played college baseball and had a brief professional experience before spending 16 years in the game as a director, trainer, coach, and scout with the Boston Red Sox and Los Angeles Dodgers.

 

At 35, I was out of shape—stiff, achy, low energy, and getting sick often. I knew I needed to make a change. It started with my diet, then evolved into fitness, mobility, and eventually every area of health. Over time, I lost 55 pounds and completely rebuilt how I moved, felt, and lived. That transformation sparked a new passion to help others do the same.

 

In 2023, I transitioned to training adults exclusively, both in person and online. I bring the same discipline, structure, and performance mindset I developed through years in baseball—now focused on helping people build lasting strength, energy, and confidence for real life.

At ProRhythm Fitness, we focus on sustainable strength built through rhythm and flow. Using our 80% Principle, we train hard enough to grow but smart enough to recover, so progress feels consistent—not draining.

Every workout is structured around key pillars like posture, tempo, breath, and recovery, giving you guardrails that keep training safe, effective, and repeatable.

At first, you’ll notice small wins—better posture, smoother breathing, a sense of control in each rep. Over time, strength feels more natural, your body carries itself with ease, and energy follows you outside the gym into the rest of your life. Training becomes less about grinding and more about finding rhythm—making progress feel steady, enjoyable, and lasting.

1:1 In-Person Training

CURRENTLY FULL

Currently training Clients Monday through Friday at Barrington Racquet Club in Aurora, Ohio, and also offer in-home sessions in the surrounding area. In-person training is hands-on and detail-focused—you’ll be coached rep by rep with adjustments to posture, tempo, and form. Expect structured sessions that challenge you while keeping you safe, efficient, and progressing each week.

1:1 Online Training

AVAILABLE

Online coaching brings the same level of structure and accountability to you, wherever you are. All workouts are delivered through our training app with video demonstrations, clear instructions, and built-in tracking to measure your progress. You’ll know exactly what to do each session, when to push, and how to recover. Regular check-ins and feedback keep you on track, so you’re never left guessing and always moving toward your goals.
